Visa application

The Committee is making visa application on your behalf. Notification for a successful visa application will be made through email that was provided in registration forms (except for Nancy, Florence and Jeremy and all others who either do not have email or requested my email address as contact). Please inform Ben once you received any notification.

Fund raising coordinator
We are looking for a Fund Raising Coordinator to raise funds to subsidise our travelling costs. Individual(s) who are interested in helping out are urged to contact the group leaders. We sincerely hope that some of you will volunteer to make this journey more affordable :)
